About me
Alwyn grew up on a fruit and small crops farm and during his teenage years worked with his grandfather on his cattle property, which led to the purchase of his own grazing property and commencing a breeding programme from scratch. During this time he became an experienced timber feller and a contract dozer owner building the Boondoomba dam.
He worked with a property developer and organised 17km of gravel road and sub-division. Owner of Thompson Longhorn – manufacturer of cattle handling equipment – a business now run by his son. Recent health issues forced a slowdown of faming activity as a Lucerne grower and stud Limousin breeder.
Alwyn has years of experience, and his diverse farming, real estate and business background makes him an excellent choice to help sell or buy rural and farming properties.
